Noah wins anniversary logo competition organised by Berwick's ‘Bridge 400’ group

The ‘Bridge 400’ group that was formed to mark the 400th anniversary of the opening of Berwick Old Bridge to traffic in 1624 has announced the winner of its logo competition.

Noah Richards was the winner and he travelled to Berwick with his family to be thanked and presented with his certificate at a lunch in The Lookout Cafe, which is built into the bridge.

The group is seeking to employ a freelance events manager for six months with salary. Anyone interested should email [email protected]

The bridge is currently closed to allow for the second phase of repair work to take place.
